Not living up to their promises

All the promises in advertising for FNB seemed awesome, then I moved to FNB. Firstly, I opened account telephonically, took in all needed paperwork, ID, Marriage Cert, Proof of Residence. Told me they will inform me to collect my card. went to collect my debit card, IN MY MAIDEN NAME???!!! I have been married for 2 years, no one could tell me why they issued is wrong. Then Credit card also issued in MAIDEN NAME???!!! my id has my new surname for two years already. Enquired about the settlement of other debts and moving all this to FNB credit card, they promised it will be done and is easy. three days and I needed to phone and then they tell me no I was suppose to go to my old bank and give them a form!!! the lady never told me this and this is now making me going to banks for 3 days. Settlement wasn't done, other bank doesn't know anything about this. I phoned FNB about the incorrect surname, they couldn't tell me what happened. I phone internet banking to assist on profile on internet banking, they guy helps me then tell me any other issues I will be billed R50 for if he needs to assist me further!!! I am thinking I made the biggest mistake of my life, false advertising.
