Not the most innovative bank

After all the fabulous ad campaigns I decided to give FNB a try and opened a credit card with them. Since the first communication with them EVERYTHING has been a disaster!!!
My card was given to me in my maiden name - despite being FICA'ed in my married name and asking 3 times to change it and sending my marriage certificate.. No such luck. The card was delivered to the incorrect place, I cannot for love or money get onto their supposedly "awesome" website. I try and log onto their "innovative" ebucks website, can't do that??? I received someone else's statement via email, but they decide to post mine. I must say, they have far from impressed me and NOTHING is easy with them - very false advertising from them!
