Even after I cancel they still take money

I can't believe I was fooled by the cancellation letter, i was unhappy with the service and cancelled and still they take money from my bank account!

I hope they will take responsibility and pay back what they took!

We never excepted a cover from Zestlife, we accepted one from Auchurst, and they assured me all the policies that they created was cancelled, i have the letters to prove it.

I expect Zestlife to honor the cancellation and pay back our money.
