Cash withdrawal without a pin code

My purse, containing my bank cards and ID, was. My pin code was not in my purse. A cash withdrawal of R1000 (limit for the day) at an Engen garage was done 2 minutes before I blocked my card. So, no refund... which I accept. My question is... how is it possible to make a cash withdrawal without my pin code??
