Upon instruction of my insurance company Oakhurst (George) I took my Brand New Chev Cruze to Netstar Vanderbijlpark to get a Tracker fitted for the vehicle. Less than 1 000km on the clock.
I took the car on the morning of 20 Nov 2012 to the fitment centre.
About 09:00 they called to inform me that the receptionist made an accident with my car.
Coen Swart the manager gave me his word that their insurance would pay for the damages on my car, HE organinised for the car to go to Qualiry Assured panel beaters to be repaired.
And now They don't want to pay for damages on my car.
Because they say that the receptionist wasn't suppose to drive my car.
Till this date I am still waiting for my car to be fixed.
Oakhurst only wants to pay R23 000 for damages, even though the damage to the car is R43 000, plus Storage.
Can You PLEASE help me to get my car fixed as soon as possible, I am paying instulments and insurance every month for a car I can't even use.
And the insurance premium went up aswell.
