Incorrect execution of debit order changes

I was switched from a savings account to a cheque account. Standard bank did not switch some of my debit orders. I have logged a formal complaint with the bank, but it was never acknowledged or resolved. Can someone investigate what is happening and switch all my debit orders from savings account to cheque account as they promised.
