Button on ATM not working

It is shocking that customers have faulty ATM's to contend with at Queensmead Mall. There is only one ATM which accepts deposits, the button of which does not work, neither can one select to withdraw R500 and I had to insert my card several times so that I could withdraw this amount. I now have to travel to the next closest branch merely to deposit a cheque. Standard Bank, this is simply not acceptable.
