No Concern for Security hole in Internet banking

After using their new ABSA Online banking & noticing a security hole in their system that obiouvly has been missed with MyABSA/Unit Trusts opening a new page when you would like to purchase new units (page remians open in two locations, even if logout is executed)-Call their call center & there was a complete lack of knowledge, numerous "Hold on a second while I check/speak to someone about that" and I was basically given the run around. Then (contrary to al their advertising/telephone messages while holding on for so long) I was instructed to mail all my account details-when I raised concerns, was even informed that a screenshot of my account should be sent!!! This was also when I found out that ABSA Online is experincing "problems"? With all the recent reports on ABSA account in the media, I would think that ABSA would care/take notice/wish to warn its clients that their systems are faulty? Like usual, they will not go the extra mile to protect their clients, but expect huge charges/fees to be paid only to deny repayment if something goes [URL Removed] on ABSA, my suggestion is that you wake up to your customers & take some responsibility-called you as a courtesy & was snubbed!!
