Felicia Toll has been dealing with my claim from day 1. She is so professional, understanding and compassionate. I have never dealt with someone who does their job so thoroughly and quickly.
Felicia always called back when she said she would, she followed up with the suppliers for me, she was really concerned and cared about processing my claim as quickly as possible.
Felicia is the perfect example of how every body in customer service or claims should be. I can't thank her enough for how good she has been to me. I wish that everybody in the world was like Felcia, it would make it a beautiful place! (and there would be a lot less angry people:-)
