I have been battling to transact via absa internet banking since the evening of the 8th May 2013. We need to pay our suppliers, creditors and employees and this is a big inconveveniency and they do nt have a deceny to inform their clients about this problem. You try to log in and the system keep on asking you to furnish log in credentials and it keeps on taking you back to the same page over and over again. Their 24hour internet banking contact line is not much helpful and you hold well over 30 minutes. Very bad service.
