To whom it may concern.

We tried to make a payment from our Fnb app, to a Standard bank account holder.
The account number we entered had a digit missing and instead of saying the account number is wrong the payment went Trough and the amount was deducted from our account. Just for us to find out that the payment was never received by the person it was meant for, because Standard Bank system automatically adds a zero if there is a digit missing so it happens that someone else got the money!! And Guess what the account holder is under debt review so no-one has access to his accounts. Now we have to deal with the account holder's debt review counselor to try and get some letter from him giving S/Bank the rights to reverse the funds.
It is a lot of money for us and we really need it back we are waiting on Standard Bank and Fnb to assist us, it doesn't matter what we do or who we try to speak to we get no results!! can someone please help us!!!

It has been over a month and it has reached that point where enough is enough!!! and we want our money back!!! this is really unacceptable!!
