After being dooped and left to hang without a courtersy car, I was depressed and I couldnt believe it when one of the Outers consultants called me to inform me that as of the beginning of the next month my excess on my car insurance would double from R 3000 to R 6000 (doubled). This was just after my fiance had called me earlier to tell me that the Outers had also increased her excess from R 500 to R 1500 (tripled). I thus decided to cancel my motor insurance contract with the Outers, and called into the hippo for qoutes. After analysing the different qoutes, I opted for Virgin Insurance. This was the best move I've made this year. Johannes Martin received my call and the rest is history. He knew my language, he understood my concerns and kept asking the questions relevant to decreasing further my insurance premiums; what a STAR! hope he also handles his private concerns in such a pleasing manner, with his attitude I expect him to go far in his career within Virgin Insurance.
