No Feedback Poor Service

A garnish order was processed on the 20th and in addition I made an electronic payment on the same day I sent a proof of payment to the company to ensure that the account is settled faster and sent them an email asking what the amount due would be as if anything it should be less than R150 and that if that be the case they should please amend their garnish on my salary 72 working hours and 48 weekend hours later I still receive no response via my email as this is the only way they will respond regardless if you send them a fax, phone call or smoke signal. I phone after 72 hours and they cant give me a balance over the phone and they advice me that they will a balance to me withing 2- 3 days this query was opened exactly a week ago. what this company is saying is that we can not speak to you about anything. You call in and ask a question about something that was not responded to withing their set time frame of communication and they tell you that they will answer or give you some direction in another 3 days. So in essence its already 360 working hours 48 non working hours and I still have no answers.
