I logged a claim on Wed 16 October with Ref nr. NED13151217. On Thurs 17 Oct the supplier came out to assess the damage. On Fri 18 Oct I contacted the call centre and was transferred to Sekombuso to give me feedback regarding my claim but there was no answer. I got a direct number and after a few attempts, hearing how the phone gets answered and put down again, I got hold of him. At first he said to me it takes 24 hours for feedback and I advised him that the 24 hours already passed. He then changed his story to 48 hours turn around. Well today it is 9 days (7 working days) 192 hours and no feedback as yet. Nedbank - is this the way to treat paying customers? You have no problem taking the instalment on a monthly basis. Please advise your staff that without customers there is no company and no company means no employment.
