After 2 months calling Coombe's offices with no answer on their 0861 266623 line, i am actually upset with their bad service and not attending to our email queries in a matter of urgency, i honestly dont understand why these big companies that we take loans from can use such a bad company as their collector.
up to today i am still waiting for them to e-mail me my outstanding balance on my garnish of my Capitec loan which my plan was to settle it in December when we got our annual bonuses. they seem very quick to respond here on Hello peter so can you people please send me the balance and since i have already Paid more than the initial debt so far, i dont expecting to see your legal charges been more than 50% of the initial debt as i have seen with the previous statement that there's ridiculous fees that i am been charged which i do not understand and dont think they even occurred or even necessary. Please i need my statement urgently, please also advice as to when will the last garnish repayment from my side be, The outstanding amount as of today and the remaining terms. i am sure you can calculate it for me.
