In February this year i applied for a cellphone contract and was declined on the basis that my bank account was only 1 month old. I then applied on Friday the 21st of June 2013 and while on the phone with the agent i explained to them that we are in the process of moving office and gave all the correct and new details. The telephone number supplied was 021 552 7547 and repeatedly explained we are in the process of moving so theyjust need to try continuosly to confirm emplyment. I phone on Tuesday or Wednesday and discover that my application had been declined on the fact that employment could not be confirm. Again during this time i repeated we are in the process of moving so keep trying to call. I am now going to the Ombudsman to report this as this is unexceptable. If someone is unable to get thru to a number call and verify if there is a problem with the the line or is there an alternative number. I would like this resolved immediately.
