Hi,
I signed up for a Cell C contract with a Blackberry Z10 on 22 April 2013 and am still UNBELIEVABLY waiting for my contract phone! The first time I followed up, I was told that they had the incorrect work number with which to confirm employment (they had the last digit of the phone number wrong), I then gave the correct number again and also alternative numbers. Since then I phoned a few more times, and at this stage (I phoned earlier and spoke to Lerato in the Escalations Dept.) I believe that confirmation of employment still needs to be done before my contract can be approved!
This doesn't exactly inspire confidence in my moving over to Cell C from my current service provider! I honestly feel like cancelling my application! This is horrific "client service"!
