Cheque Acc Delayed derbit payments

I watched my statement on the internet showing all derbits that where going through on the 25th from my acc and the balance reflected that they are paid although I have not received confirmation sms which service i signes up for. To cover th? derbit orders scheduled for the next day I ensured I availed money into the account which was deposited early that morning before the start of business and checking my account it showed that all had been paid only to wake up today to charges amounting to almost R1000 that all derbits for the 26th were not provided for contrary to how the account reflected throughout the day. I feel it's that the bank chooses to claim charges instead of balancing my acc properly. This is extremely poor service from a product the bank claims will assist in better financial management.
