Non delivery of card and no feedback as promised

Could someone please contact me regarding my Ebucks card. I have been struggling to get it since opening my FNB account LAST YEAR. The call centre I contacted 3 days ago promised to return my call within 5 minutes, but nothing yet. I am getting frustrated that I cannot enjoy the benefits of Ebucks because you simply cannot be bothered to help me get the card.
