Shocking and Disgusting service

My First day of nightmare was when i submitted a claim for my car since it was damaged by the hail storm in october 2012 & i had phone numerous time to check if they have managed to get me a date to get my repaired i was then given the run arounds & they kept on promising to call me back of which i had to follow up on their call backs my self and was dealing with Chea who finaly booked my car in for repairs, on the 22 April i left my car at telesure was informed by their professional stuff that it will take 3 weeks for them to fix my car, then to my surprise after 3 weeks contacting my so Called insurance then i was told that no authorisation was send to the panel beaters so they have touched the car that was on the fourth week and the guy who was supposed to follow up was not in (what a lousy excuse), i have to demand to get a courtesy car since its like a norm for them to treat their customers like this and then eventually my car was attended to on the fourth week and then on the 19 of June finally fetch my car thinking my problems are over, then on Sunday the car was leaked oil &they towed the car on Monday after i had to fight again ..fed up custome
