The friendly consultant I have ever dealt with

I have dealt with various call centres some where rude while others did not know of their stories but, after dealing with this lady today I have realise that not all call centre agent are rude nd other bad thingsm she know her story and he really gave me the confident that is the reason I ended up joining the insurance. I am hoping for a long and good relationship with the policy and I hope that I will have good experiences with the rest of the people I will be dealing with at this particular insurance
