I am undergoing dept counseling. I went to my branch in Centurion and they said they can't close the account because I have a smart device on credit that is going off every month, and that I must phone that department. I did email them and they are not willing to help me. Now my account is in arrears and I am not using that account anymore. Can anyone please assist me in closing the account. I do not have the money to pay the bank fees, after all I did ask if I can close the account. I also sent a email and no one came back to me.
