We applied for a 2nd studentloan about a month ago. After many phonecalls from us we finally heard today that it was declined. It took them a month to decide no or yes. They just sent a sms to notify you and that is that. No reason why and no other meaning of help to me as client. I am so frustrated with the service we are getting from FNB that we are thinking of taking all our business away from FNB
