I was contacted due to my loans being behind as I HAD to open a new account urgently because mzanzi accounts was apparently going to be closed.
Doing as I did, the lady who called confirmed a same day deduction and promised that my new account details has been updated and no more issues should come forward.
To my surprise a MONTH after my details was 'updated' the debit once again went off my old account, and AGAIN I was called and told your payments are behind, again my details was rectified (this was last month) BUT once again (today) my debit went off my old account.
Please can a competent person call me and once and for all fix this. I unfortunately work in a call centre myself and work the same hours that the banks are open so its impossible for me to get to a bank... Your help would greatly be appreciated.
