Debit order and pain

I have always paid DSTV Multichoice via a debit order (ABSA). I updated my bank details to FNB (the account to which my salary is now paid into). I received a confirmation email about two 2 months ago with the FNB details listed.

To my surprise I received an sms to say that the debit order was unpaid and called teh call centre where I was told that something was not right in their end (a miscommunication between the online updates and computer/accounts system). I was then told to go to PEP to pay during my working hours. I was not pleased. I was ensured that the account debit order was now sorted out.

BUT, again I receive an sms that the account is not paid this month. give me a break. I just spent all my cell phone airtime holding on the line waiting for a consultant to sort this out. I do not trust the online system after there were clearly errors on their side.

Please help me. My account has enough money to pay this dstv for the month. I have had enough emailing and calling now!

Also, I cannot get CBSreaity not NaGeo anymore, and tried to sort this out via call centre. taking out teh smart card etc did not help. How can the usual other channels work but not these?
