Poor/Pathetic Service from Edgar’s & still not so

As of Nov/Dec 2012 I closed my Savings account for all my Debits and my Debits via my new Cheque account. I went to Cresta Edgar's to do this, I filled out a form which is the debit account change of details form there, the person handling the query immediately faxed the form to Head office/the people that update debit details on the system. This agent showed me the fax confirmation receipt to confirm the fax did go through, so I was happy, she then told me that within 2/3 days the system will be updated with my new debit account details. She said due to the time of submitting that form, my debit for that month wont go through cause it's late, I then made a Manual payment to keep my account up to date. For the last 7-8 months I've being paying manually because Edgar's keeps Failing every month to update my debit details. I filled this form out twice and last month customer care called me and said they have the updated banking account details of which July's debit will go through, it's fixed. Now I get a call saying my account is in "arrears". Every month now I get a call saying account in arrears you need to pay urgently!!! I'm sick of Edgar's, they incompetent & useless people there
