So frustrating

Im so sick of this stupid bank. i sent a complaint dated 20.05.13 complaning about a device i do not own which FNB continues to make me pay for, they reversed my money but still had the nerver to deduct it AGAIN the following month. ive have two amounts now deducted on my account since May one on the 25.5.13 and another yesturday 25.6.13. can someone please remove this device that is flipn linked on my account. Since when can a customer have (two) devices at a time i dnt even know how this stupid samsung s3 ive been charged for is AND I CAN BET YOU ON MY LIFE YOU DONT EVEN HAVE A SIGNED DOCUMENT BY ME THAT STATES I TOOK THAT PHONE. ive made calls, sent emails and spoke to opver 6 people in connection to this problem to date and all i get is sorry man it will take 6-7 working days its been over two month what now??? must i sit n just hope that it will magicaly remove itself there??? are you people waiting for to appear before i can get my money??? i work so hard for it next think you take it like it belongs to you!!! you guys are so pathetic honestly u are. fix my account and bring back my money.
