I have one smart device with FNB (samsung note), and two amounts are being deducted off my account this the 3rd week I'm waiting for feedback and i was told it would take 7 working days. ill wait and be FNB's puppet i honestly have nothing better to do with my money but pay for a samsing s3 which i don't own. what an inconvenience and totally stupid to bill a customer on something they have no proof off or even a signed document for that matter!!! i honestly need to change banks its a serious wake up call for me
