I have called Outsurance for several times for car quotes, they couldn't beat my current one, instead of them giving me my R400.00 back, they coming up with stories that I cant qualify for that 400 back because i have an existing policy with them, which i don't think its a reason coz my Fiancee got his 400 back, and had policy with Outsurance at that time.
