Madeleine was my light at the end of the tunnel!

Good day,

I have had a 3rd party claim pending with one of Miway's clients for about 3 months.

After MANY emails and no feedback I was transferred by Cornelius (GREAT Attitude and service) to Madeleine van der Walt.

Madeleine sorted my query out within less than 24 hours, she was willing to listen to my side of the story and my issue was not treated as just another claim, the extra mile was walked with a smile!

She kept me posted, replied to emails with a smile, explained thoroughly and was not hesitant to assist!

My claim was resolved and I am now awaiting payment (Which Madeleine has also already sorted and given feedback on)

Miway surely needs to employ more people like you as this is the type of service that anyone expects.

Expectations were highly met!
