You can make arrangements with Absa Credit cards every day for payments when they call you, but they still do as they like. My wife was retrenched and we are struggling to make the full payment. I still make payments that I can and show them that I'm trying my best. But yes, the arrangements go down the drain and they credit your account without any permission. It is corrupt taking out money of your account without permission. When payments were always up to date and even extra payments were done, they do not take it in consideration. Even their bank charges that's suddenly more than R400 on your Cheque account. Seems they need money to pay Noot vir Noot or all their sport sponsors than rather helping other people. Time to change bank.
