No response/ complaint ignored several times

Over a month ago i was forced to write a report on hello peter regarding ABSA's lack of response to my several complaints. to date, there has been no satisfactory response. no contact except and email acknowledging my report. This is from one of the biggest banks in South Africa - how is it possible that you could deny a person the right to reduce their debt - i ve been trying to get assistance with increasing my monthly payment on my vehicle finance account. I know it's not the best of news for them but it should be my decision not theirs.
my other query was regarding an outstanding insurance claim against ABSA insurance's client. No cooperation. Their attorneys have made promises they cannot keep. The very car they are stalling to repair is a car financed by one of their finance division. Why they refuse to assist when their client admitted to be at fault..ek weet nie!!!

Keep playing games. The sooner I pay off my car and home loan the better. I will have no dealings with ABSA ever again... that is a promise!!!
