So, I have been getting a call everyday from this BANK on my land line no asking to speak to a lady who I do not know. I have told the call center on MANY occasions that I do not know who this person and that the person that they are looking for does not stay at this address, does it help? NOOOOOO, If a Bank cannot listen to me when I am not a customer, how on earth would they listen to me if I was??
I will NEVER use African Bank as my bank on this basis alone! Leave me alone and stop harassing me!!!
