Street address on bank statement?

I am so fed up with receiving a bank statement for Matsidiso Molefe T/A Beauty In Salon which is sent on a monthly basis to my street address. Obviously this person has used MY street address! How is this possible when we all had to have proof of our residence when we went through the FICA process. It seems to me, that the banks are getting a little lax when it comes to proof of residence requirements when opening new accounts. I have brought this to FNB's attention, (last month) and they promised to rectify this "mistake" and to revert to me - this has obviously not been done! To make matters worse, the account holder has no money in the account and the bank charges are just mounting up! Good luck to whoever has to try and recover these charges - that should be fun, as they don't have Matsdiso Molefe's correct address!!!
