Absolutely no response what so ever.
Our company Titan Industrial has approached a company called Insurance on the move to be our consultant for our medical aid with Discovery health, I have started with the company in April 2013 and up until this day I do not have medical aid.
I have phoned the consultant (James Reid) on several occasions from various different numbers to try and get some sort of feedback as to what the update is regarding my Medical aid policy and not once has he called back to let me know what is happening with my policy as a result has costed myself to pay doctors twice instead of me using my medical aid card which I donot have as yet.
Service is shockingly bad!!!
