Can you imagine going to a Standard bank ATM to get some cash, and sms went through you phone notifying that a certain amount has been withdrawn from your account but the machine doesn't give you that money. When I phone for help they told me its gonna take 15 days for it to be solved, I have to wait for 15 days and whats even worse I have to pay my bills with that money. I am not the only customer with this problem we were about 8 but nobody seem to help. If this is the type of service Standard bank offer I better try next door. Last month same thing happen to other customers any they pretend as if they didn't see it. We pay for this service but why are we suffering like this?
