I lost my money due to, last month, i contacted the bank and, i was told to wait for ten days, but still have not recieved feed back, from standard bank, but when i call they dont pick up the phone, they always say their consultants are busy and keep playing music on the backround, i would like to know how my money was withdrawn from my account without my approvaland knowledge, i have never lost my card... but standard bank is taking forever with the investigation, i need my money back
