Good Day, I am under Debt Review since 2010. I've noticed that Edgars charge me a monthly fee of R 30 on my account due to late payments. I understand that NPDA only pay the company's later in the month but is it fair to charge my account every month with R 30. Over 41 months that amounts to R 1 230 and I owe Edgars R 1 600 at this stage, a difference of R 370. I just want to know if Edgars are allowed to do this or not.
