My so called brokers PSG have insured me with CIB pathetic insurance. I had a geyser burst last month and my household contents have been damaged due to the burst. I have being waiting for over a month for feedback from CIB pathetic insurance. I am being in convinced while they are taking the sweet time to decide on an out come of a geyser burst. I have being told to wait looks like will be waiting till next year as there are trying to decide what to do with a geyser burst. you think you have risk cover cover clearly not!!! What's the point of insurance... Stay away from PSG and CIB...
