My geyser burst on Monday morning 27/05/2013, up to now it hasn't been fixed and they told me about their 24hr working policy. Its been 3 days now I still have no hot water. The insurance refers me to the plumber because the geyser was replaced in a period of less than two years and it's still under 5 year warranty.
The plumber refers me to the manufacture and the manufacture refers me back to the insurance. The ceiling is slowly collapsing and I feel this is a danger to me and my family. I'm now getting stuck in operational and/or logistic issues amongst companies and I think that's not far to me as I'm the one who's paying the premiums here. I just want my geyser to be fixed/replaced.
