I have been on hold for over 40 min with your call Center. This is ridiculous. No Call center should ever take this long to pick up a phone??? I just need to clarify something on my new statement, which I don't understand. You wasted 40 min of my life, now you can make an effort and contact me back. This is not the service a Financial institution like Nedbank should offer customers? VERY VERY bad and would make me think twice on using your services again!
