My car was taken for assessment on 13 June were I was told that all damaged parts will be replaced asked about the tire on the car that has a peace missing on the side of the tire due to the accident and was told that the tire will have to be replaced as well and indicated that the mag rim that is insured as well has marks on it also of the accident but when I received the assessment report sent to King Price after the assessment I noticed that none of this was in the report I contacted King Price to ask about this and to make sure that this will be repaired as well was notified by email that the equerry will be sent to the assessor for feedback this was on 21 June on 24 June I wrote another email to ask if there is any feedback tried calling several times the line gets dropped my problem is that the car was taken in yesterday 24 June and I still do not know if all will be repaired I feel that the car as well as mags was insured and therefore needs to be repaired like new today 25 June and still can't get an answer from king price or get hold of the relevant person. PLEASE JUST PROVIDE FEEDBACK IS IT REALLY THAT HARD!!!
