I tried to call in to log the claim, after numerous attempts I finally was able to log the claim. I was then directed to go to a King Price assessment centre which I did. The assessment centre said that my King price consultant would get back to me within 48 hrs. so 8:30 am on monday 2 dec 2013. Today is the 6 Dec and I have still heard nothing. I have tried numerous times to get hold of the consultant that assisted me with the logging of the claim and there is no answer. I have emailed [Email Removed] to get a response and am still waiting to be assisted. I never realised this is the type of service I can expect.
