I contacted King Price on 25/11/2013 in the morning to lay a claim as my parked car was hit and the person ran. I received a claim number via sms at 11h51 am. I was requested to take my car for an assessment at Hofbro on the 26/11/2013. The assessor did the assessment and notified me that King Price will contact me within 3days. Between 02-06/12/2013 I contacted King Price and was forwarded to the message department, they noted that they will forward my claim message to Pumla who was responsible for my claim. A week later on 13/12/2013 i called once more and Hannes informed me that he will email Pumla and copy her Manager for a fast response. Guess what I'm still waiting!
To top it, i am sent and sms on 12/12/2013 notifying me to move my debit order date to make my life easier. How is my life easier paying for service???
I have decided that i will fix my own car as i cannot use a damaged car forever. Please refund me all my premiums as i do not see the point of paying you for a service that you completely failed and still failing to provide and I will gladly look for another insurance.
