After being stalked by Freddy for days; on the 31st May I finally fell for the spell and took a policy with King Price. Policy wording clearly states that I am insured from the 1st June. According to my discussion with Freddy the first debit order was going to be on the 25th of June assuming it will be prorated. I cannot believe that i cancelled my insurance with a reputable insurance company for the King Prices especially falling for their cheaper premium stunt. Freddy and Shawn from Claims department are now trying to run away from paying my claim. I had an accident on the 22nd June and submitted a claim on the 24th June only to be told that i am not covered because the first premium has not gone through. where have you heard such nonesence. worst of all my account was debitted on the 25th successfully but im still being sent from pilar to post regarding paying my claim. I would like to warn everyone to be extra careful when choosing insurance companies. I am fustrated with having being involved in an accident and now instead of them helping (cause Im a paying customer) they are doing everything in their power to run away from paying my claim. please get house in order!!!
