I refer to my claim with King Price lodged in June 2013. After being in an accident with my Nissan Micra in June I received very good service with regards to assessing the damage, sorting out panelbeaters and general feedback.
Unfortunately Nissan SA can not deliver parts and my car has been standing now for 11 weeks!!! My complaint towards King price is that a general panelbeating claim according to industry staandards should not take longer than 6 - max 8 weeks, and King Price is just not doing enough to see that my car is fixed ASAP.
Due to the exceedingly long period I have requested King Price to please consider a replacement car for me. No responce.
I need my car ASAP and everybody is just pointing fingers to the other companies involved.
PLEASE GET TOGETHER AND SORT THIS OUT.
