First of all Standard Bank launches a rewards programme that we have to pay R20.00 p/m subscription for. Then Standard Bank launches a system which is a total mess. Took a while to get my ucount rewards card - who uses snail-mail anymore these days? Then the fiasco of trying to get the card registered on the system - called the "call centre" twice and then gave up. Apparently "system issues". Eventually, after a few tries, it registered on the website. Then I joined on 1 June 2013 but they only show rewards for July 2013 and then they don't even give you a breakdown of all your transactions. Two emails which the website says " a consultant will get back to you in 24 hours) JOKE! Don't think they have anyone reading them. Loads of complaints already on HP in relation to Ucount. At this stage cancel my membership and let me have my R20 back in my pocket each month. Seriously not worth the aggravation. With so many competitors already out there offering "free" rewards this is a poor and disappointing show Standard Bank.
