My money gets taken and ive got no idea why!!!

My salary was paid into my account this morning and nearly R2000 was short.

ive confirmed with my HR that my correct salary was deposited into my account, i do not have any debit orders on my account, nor do i have any loans, which means that standard bank has taken my money!

Please may i request that someone contacts me asap as i am extremely furious right now!
