After 3 days Penny finally got a hold of me on the phone. She started asking me all the right questions, my earnings and if I want to buy a new home or have an existing bond. I told her everything and after she told me for how much I qualify, I told her that I am under debt review and all my payments are up to date. I heard from an Estate agent that if my debt counselor gives permission then I am allowed to apply for a home loan. The friendly lady all of the sudden went from nice to very rude! She did not even want to listen to any more questions that I had or tell me who could help. She just said: Sorry, we here at SA Homeloans do not offer loans to people under debt review, bye. And she put the phone down in my ear. In my ear! Just like that.
This is rude! Very Rude!
I really hoped that because of SA Homeloans good reputation they would be able to help me or even just be able to tell me who could.
Does anybody out there know who can help me? Please I really want to buy my own home.
