I needed roadside assistance on saturday, it was late at night and I explained to the consultant that i am a woman travelling with kids and other women and its not safe therefore needed urgent assistance, she promised me that road side assistance will attend me in 40 minutes, it was too long but considering the area i was at, i understood, however i waited for more than 1hr30 without anyone contacting me. i I eventually had to cancel the road side assistance cause it was clear that they will not assist me in time. this is not the first time i had to wait long for call out service. a few weeks ago i waited for 5hrs before i was assisted with towing! I am really disappointed at miway service. i don't even understand why does it have to take a customer more than 10min to get through the call centre especially when it's an emergency! i am a very disappointed . i will stop referring people to miway and ensure that those i referred know about the bad experience i had with miway. so they can be prepared or move somewhere else!
